An indoor family portrait session lasts between 30 minutes and 1 hour.
Before your family photoshoot, we can either chat online or on the telephone to discuss what you ideally want from your session. I can give guidance on what to wear and the colours that work with the backdrop colours.

FAQ
What should we wear?
I recommend wearing plain, neutral clothing and avoiding logos or bold patterns, as these can date your images. I will send over a colour palette based on your set and provide guidance on colours that work best on request. Coordinated outfits in soft, complementary tones create a timeless look.
Can we include pets?
Absolutely! Pets are part of the family too. I do recommend bringing someone along who is not being photographed to help care for your dog(s) and give them time outside the studio when needed.
What if my child doesn’t cooperate?
Don’t worry! This happens in almost every session. With 16 years of experience working with children, I know how to make them feel comfortable and at ease. I believe that a positive relationship between the photographer and child is essential, and I’ll take the time to ensure your little one feels happy and confident during the session.
How soon will we receive our photos?
I aim to get your proof gallery out to you within 7 days. Once you have selected your favourite images, your final edited gallery will be delivered to you within 14 days.
